This fireplace works equally in both traditional and contemporary settings. It can be fitted around a stove and also with a gas fire. Dimensions:
The Balham is as standard available in the 56″ size. It is therefore suitable for most standard sized chimneys. The opening dimensions on the surround are 915mm width x 915mm height.
This fireplace surround can also be made-to-measure if required.
Material options:
This fireplace is carved out of one of Capital’s best selling stones, which is Aegean Limestone. Sourced from the Eastern Mediterranean, their Aegean Limestone surrounds are beautifully unique in character and each mantel has its own individual fossil formation.
This mantel is also available to order in Corinthian Stone which originates from the Western Mediterranean. This honed limestone has a rich sandy colour so therefore provides a delicate warm feel. Its background composition is magnified with unique small fossils and random sedimentary veining. A stone for those seeking a homely, cosy fireplace.
