Capital Silsoe Limestone & Marble Fireplace is a contemporary take on the Hersham mantel in the Capital Victorian Fireplaces Collection. Silsoe combines contemporary detailing with a Victorian edge. It can be fitted around a stove and also with a gas fire. This is so your surround can fit perfectly in any living space. Moreover, Capital Fireplaces only select the finest natural materials to manufacture their fireplaces. The Capital Silsoe is pictured here in Aegean Limestone with a black reeded chamber and Vega Edge 200sl Eco stove. The Silsoe is also available in Carrara Marble.

Dimensions:

The Silsoe comes in the 54″ size. It is therefore suitable for most standard sized chimneys. The opening dimensions on the surround are 880mm width x 915mm height.

This fireplace surround can also be made-to-measure.

Material options:

This fireplace is carved out of one of Capital’s best selling stones, which is Aegean Limestone. Sourced from the Eastern Mediterranean, their Aegean Limestone surrounds are beautifully unique in character and each mantel has its own individual fossil formation.

The Silsoe mantel is can also be made in Carrara Marble which is quarried in city of Carrara in Tuscany, Italy. This stunning looking stone gives each mantel a white or blue-grey look which as a result provides a delicate warm feel.
